Can I create my groups on a computer and then use a cell phone to enter scores?

Yes. You can create your golf outing ahead of time at the GolfStakes website with all the players and side games. You can even add additional side games on the fly once you get to the course. When you login to mobile.golfstakes.com, the round that you created earlier will show up on the main menu on your cell phone under the "Today’s Rounds" section. Simply click on the link and enter your scores for the round that you created earlier.
