The nike air max 95 black is slated to arrive at retailers tomorrow, August 14th. Nike takes us back to Kevin Durant's MVP award-winning season, drawing inspiration from the suit he wore during his famous speech in which he claimed that his mom was 'the real MVP'. The Swoosh continues to showcase how diverse the Flyweave upper is, as the use of knit fabric showcases an array of Court Purple and Bright Crimson influences throughout the latest KD 8 release. Designer Leo Chang references KD's leg tattoo of a sabre-toothed tiger thanks to a unique construction on the outsole with Zoom Air displaced throughout for a supremely comfortable and cushiony ride. Kyrie Irving bleeds red, white, and blue, but his true beginnings are hues of green and yellow. The star guard for the Cleveland Cavs was born is Australia, where his father was a professional basketball player, and Nike first honored those origins with a sick Hyperdunk 2013 release that featured the mix of teal and bronze, which was an energetic spin on those familiar colorways.
From the photo above you can see the adhesive that holds together the carbon fiber being pulled away as if it were gum stuck to a sole. Here's to hoping that things cool down and the players aren't treated to some overwhelming practice schedule in an homage to an episode gone wrong of Friday Night Lights. Nothing screams The 90's quite like this awesome Nike Basketball classic – the Air More Uptempo. Featuring full-length Air and a massive literal AIR on the side of the shoe, this eccentric and eye-catching design was undoubtedly one of the most popular sneakers of the decade and perhaps all-time. Sneakerheads widely recognize these as Scottie Pippen's unofficial shoe (as was most of the Uptempo line), but a few other players in the NBA wore these around the league. But given this all-new white/red colorway, it's clear that Nike had Scottie in mind when the brand decided to re-issue this iconic shoe. Get a full look at this new "Bulls" colorway as well as the unmistakeable OG below and stay tuned to Sneaker News for updates on this Summer 2016 release. Last September Nike unveiled a new targeted cushioning unit called Hex-Zoom, which compartmentalized the legendary Zoom cushioning at select points on the fore-foot for maximum flexion and support. Initially debuting on the nike air max thea black, Hex-Zoom quickly became a popular pick, only the new design was available on just a few silhouettes.
