Plan
The iteration is about the collection of the requirements from the client and the how they expect the application to function. I will hold a meeting with the business analyst. I expect several explanations from the business analyst such as about the client Cheap Chiefs Hats , the business, their requirements, and how they expect the application to function. I will gather several participants for the meeting such as project manager Cheap Chiefs Hoodies , delivery manager, account manager, and development team among others.
The business analyst will be given a chance to explain about the user needs after which we will have a close interaction. As a developer Cheap Chiefs Shirts , we will let them know about our understanding to ensure that we will be on the same page. Each of the team such as testing team, database team, and the development team involved in the development of the project will participate in collection and analysis of the requirements.
Action
We divided the activities that we would do in the iteration into four. The four groups were similar to modules such as admin Cheap Chiefs Jerseys , commissioner, project manager, and contractor modules. After that Armani Watts Hat , my team and I collaborated with the project manager in user requirement collection and analysis. We took commissioner and project modules and started working on them immediately. We analyzed the relationship between the commissioner modules and the project modules.
We followed requirement gathering and analysis with a development of a mock UI, which we used as a demonstration to the client. We took their feed and suggestions that we analyzed and determined whether we would incorporate them into the project. Having had the approval of the users, we proceeded to the development of flow diagrams Dorian O'Daniel Hat , UML diagrams, and transaction flow diagrams according to how the users would have wanted. The creation of the diagrams was also preparation for development of the project.
