If your SBCglobal email account is not working correctly after you have updated the Outlook platform, then you can begin the troubleshooting steps as soon as possible:
1. If your mail is being forwarded to the junk folder of your email, then you can open Outlook platform on your device
• Then go to the File section
• From their visit Account and then hit on the ‘Update Now’ button.
2. If you see mail- tabs are not available, or no unread mails are there in your email that is set up in the Outlook.
• You can see the filter option for your ATT Email in the Menu tab.
• From the drop-down list, select one menu that you want.
