adidas ultra boost 3.0 multicolor The fourth iteration of the most popular adidas performance sneaker of the 21st century. Quite frankly, not much has changed from the previous three models as you’ll see the same Ultra Boost midsole as well as the caged construction on the upper, but the Primeknit is definitely engineered much differently from its predecessor, the Ultra Boost 3.0. This version of the Ultra Boost 3.0 comes in different shades of Blue on the Primeknit upper, laces, cage, and heel counter. These Blue hues include Petrol Night and Mystery Petrol. A White Boost midsole and a Black Continental rubber outsole provide the shoe with some contrast.
The sustainable and stylish collection includes the adidas ultra boost 3.0 triple black, Ultra Boost Uncaged, and women’s Ultra Boost X, each in clean white and aqua colorways made with recycled plastic fibers. The white colorways are a reference to the epidemic of coral bleaching in our oceans, and act as a call to awareness to protecting our precious water here on Earth. Both pairs comes with Primeknit uppers, but each comes with a different woven pattern/design. The Three Stripe caging system and heel counter appear to have minimal change, if any. White Boost midsoles and Black rubber outsole are also in play. So what kind of changes can we expect between the adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 and 4.0. By the looks of things, we may be seeing different types of Primeknit desings and patterns, but everything else pretty much remains the same (at least with these pairs).
The adidas ultra boost 3.0 triple white “Metallic Silver”, a pair that featured an updated metallic Boost midsole unit for the first time ever, we have some good news for you. The Ultra Boost Triple Grey is set to release this August featuring a similar aesthetic, just with a darker grey Boost midsole for a unique twist. The adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 “Triple Grey” features a number of grayscale shades on the updated Primeknit construction while a matte grey cage overlay features chrome ‘Ultra Boost’ branding to stand out.
This new collaborative colorway of the Parley x adidas ultra boost 3.0 green comes constructed out of a White Primeknit upper that is made out of reusing an average of 11 plastic bottles per pair. Even the laces, heel webbing, heel counter, heel lining and sock liner covers are made from recycled PET material. The new colorway recalls the coral bleaching crisis threatening the oceans, and is also symbolic of the white flag humanity should raise in order to make peace with the oceans, to end marine plastic pollution with a collaborative approach: The Parley AIR Strategy which stands for ‘Avoiding’ the use of plastic, ‘Intercepting’ plastic waste and ‘Redesigning’ the plastic material itself.
