Last month Nike expanded its Apple partnership with a special NikeLab version of its collaborative Apple Watch Nike+, and next month Nike is going further by introducing four new shoe-matching Nike Sport Band colors. The “Day to Night” band collection is designed to match nike air vapormax flyknit shoes. The new collection includes four Nike Sport Band colors previously not available, including two shades of blue and two shades of pink/violet. These new bands feature the same style as the existing Nike Sport Bands with a perforated design similar to the standard Sport Bands for Apple Watch.
Celebrating the passion and pursuit of sports by all athletes, Nike gets inspired by the LGBTQ community and creates a one-of-a-kind collection dubbed as Beginning as a grassroots effort led by passionate employees at Nike. The Nike Flyknit Racer features an eight-color rainbow Swoosh to honor the original 1978 Pride flag. The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 34 features reflective materials with an iridescent palette throughout the entire upper. The Nike Classic Cortez stays true to its aesthetic but adds a rainbow ribbon on the tongue to signify the pride flag.

The clean summer look for the timeless running shoe features a predominantly white upper with the top grey panel in light grey, while dark and slightly lighter shades of red highlight two of the wavy side panels for another unique look to the shoe we’ve seen in so many colorways before.

Utilizing the all-new nike free Train Virtue as the silhouette of choice, Nike gives us a look at two upcoming colorways designed by and for Kevin Hart done in grey/red/white and black/gold. The Nike Free Train Virute features a lightweight textile material on the upper with dynamic stretch bands and Fywire cables that help provide lightweight stability. Other features include a Nike Free sole, a stretch collar, and a lightweight dual-density foam that offers plush cushioning. Each pair also comes with “Hustle Hart” branding on the insoles, heel tabs, and aglets.The shoe is quite lightweight—around 60% lighter than the conventional upper materials of some other running and training shoes.
The successor to last year’s nike free rn flyknit 2017, this is an evolution of the sock-like concept of the running shoe, replicating the unhindered experience of training and running barefoot. The 2017 version continues to have a minimalist design. The 3D Flyknit mesh upper is what essentially defines the shoe’s sock-like fit, and the Flywire cables wrap the foot for better lock-in by holding together the upper with the sole. Knits are placed strategically around the entire upper, essentially to reduce foot movement inside the shoe while running—this is a good thing because the less foot movement there is inside the shoe during physical training, the better it is for traction, grip and change of direction speed.
The outsole is perhaps the most interesting part of the 2017 edition. It has a tri-star pattern that is cut into the foam—it looks exactly like a web of triangles. The 2016 shoe had a flexible interconnected geometric-design outsole pattern; the 2017 tri-star evolution improves on this, extending equally both vertically and horizontally to match the movement of the feet. It offers the same grip as its predecessor on most conventional surfaces, a sand track or the treadmill surface. There is extra protection on the front and back of the outsole, for your toe and heel.The midsole in the nike free rn is dual-layered, with a layer of foam beneath the foot. Runners will surely notice the change in heel-toe drop, 8mm rather than the 4mm in last year’s Free RN Flyknit.

Releasing next Saturday is the return of the air jordan 4 GS Linen. The 2017 will release is slated to be a women’s exclusive colorway, which means that Jordan Brand did not make these in adult sizes. So if you fit, GS, PS or have a little one that can rock a Toddler size, you’re good. The Air Jordan 4 GS Linen comes with a White tumbled leather. The shoe gets its Linen nickname by placing the respective hue throughout the upper and sole unit to give the shoe a nice two-toned makeup. Giving the shoe a nice pop for the Summer season as the Blue hits noted on the Jumpman branded tongue, insoles and heel.
Not only highlighted with 3M Reflective material, this air jordan 1 also comes with Laser print overlays. Other details include perforated toes, Wings logo, and Nike Air tongues. Rapper Fabolous already has the Air Jordan 1 High OG Flyknit Bred before its official release and we get to see how the sneaker looks on-feet. Just like the classic AJ 1, this version is different with the traditional leather upper replaced with Flyknit. Leather details are seen for the Nike Air branding on the tongue, Wings logo and Nike Swooshes on the sides. Other details include size and production information in Gold with a matching 1985 graphic.
