How can I download any video from any websites?

This piece of software is the key tool of all the engineers i have ever met. Engineering students have free wifi and they like to use it to download every piece of video you can find on net be it relevant or irrelevant to them.
So, coming back to internet download manager aka idm, this is basically a download manager which can capture any media from a best web video player be it audio or video.
I have download 1000s of videos and audio from streaming websites, anime websites, youtube and best part idm splits ur downloading file into parts and then downloads.... So it takes less time to download than any other download manager i have seen so far.
