The FDA’s MRTP authorization shows that IQOS is a fundamentally different product than combustible cigarettes, and must be regulated differently. The FDA’s decision is consistent with earlier conclusions of other leading regulatory and scientific bodies, including in the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands, which have found that the product emits lower levels of harmful toxicants.She said e-cigarettes and HNB devices proved effective in making smokers switch because they offer the same pleasure, rituals and relaxation associated with smoking. A February 2019 clinical trial by UK’s National Institute for Health Research found that e-cigarette was twice as effective as nicotine replacement treatments such as patches and gum at helping smokers quit.
PMI has conducted extensive research on IQOS, including 18 non-clinical and 10 clinical studies. Based on PMI evidence to date, switching completely to IQOS — while not risk-free — is a better alternative for those who would otherwise continue to smoke.

The U.S. dollar traded sharply higher against all of the major currencies on Thursday, with USD/JPY closing above 110 for the first time since April – a sign that investors are positioning for a strong report. Last months jobs number was abysmal, with U.S. companies adding only 266,000 new workers. Although weekly jobless claims fell below 400,000 for the first time since the pandemic began and ADP reported a very strong increase in private payrolls, continuing claims ticked up and the acceleration in service sector activity was not accompanied by stronger job growth. Instead, the employment component of non-manufacturing ISM dropped to 55.3 from 58.8. Challenger reported more layoffs, while consumer confidence declined, according to both the Conference Board and University of Michigan reports.
Yet, the greenback ignored these disappointments and held onto its gains because investors believe that these softer releases were baked into Aprils numbers. A large subset of traders are looking for the difference to be made up in May, with a whisper number of more than 1 million jobs. The ISM non-manufacturing index hit a record high, a sign that service sector activity is very strong. The recovery continues to be fuelled by pent up demand and it should only be a matter of time before the jobs report reflects that. Right now some businesses are struggling to find workers because wage growth is slow, but eventually businesses that need employees to meet rising demand will need to pay more. Nearly half of U.S. states are planning to cut off enhanced federal jobless benefits as soon as next week, which should draw workers back to the workforce.
With a whisper number as high as 1 million, a very strong NFP report is necessary for the U.S. dollar to extend higher and stocks to avoid another down turn. Equities are consolidating and two back-to-back months of subpar job growth could be too much for the market to handle as it would cast doubt on the overall recovery. Economists are looking for non-farm payrolls to rise by 650,000 and the unemployment rate to drop from 6.1% to 5.9%. Wage growth, however, is expected to slow from 0.7% to 0.2%.
For the U.S. dollar to extend its gains, we need every component of the jobs report to beat because aside from the jobless rate, the forecasts are low. There could also be a very sharp upward revision to April‘s numbers, which would compound the rally in the greenback. However, if any part of the report falls short and isn’t offset by upward revisions, the market could turn risk off quickly.
Canadian labor market numbers are also on the docket. With a stay-at-home order in place for much of Canada, no significant pickup in job growth is expected. Economists are actually calling for another month of job losses. If U.S. data beats and Canada sheds job, today‘s rally could mark a bottom for USD/CAD. The Australian and New Zealand dollars dropped the most on risk aversion, while the euro and sterling’s slides were moderated by upward revisions to PMIs.

The 9 periods EMA is fairly separated from the 21 periods EMA and the pair is trading over and around the 9 periods EMA and 21 periods EMA indicating a consolidating market. Further increase in the bulls‘ pressure may break up the resistance level of $109 and the daily candle close above the $109 level, it will increase the price to $111 resistance level, and further increase will push price to $113. In case the bulls’ pressure is interrupted by the bears pressure, ranging market may continue or the bearish movement may commence towards the support level at $108, $107 and $105.
USDJPY Medium-term Trend: Ranging
USDJPY is on the ranging movement on the 4-hour chart. The bulls‘ pressure is not enough to break up the resistance level at $109. Likewise, the bears’ momentum could not drive the price below the support zone of $108. The price is currently consolidating within $108 and $109 levels.
The price is ranging and trading over and around the 9 periods EMA and the 21periods EMA, the Relative Strength Index period 14 is at 50 levels with the signal line pointing up to indicate a buy signal.

Nhật ký đã được chứng minh là có thể giúp một cá nhân tự đánh giá bản thân, nâng cao tính kỷ luật và lập kế hoạch.
Thông thường một nhật ký giao dịch Forex thường ghi chép lại các điểm vào lệnh, điểm thoát lệnh, điểm dừng lỗ và chốt lời, tỉ lệ Risk:Reward, cũng như các nguyên tắc vào lệnh… Tùy theo sở thích và thói quen của mỗi trader mà nhật ký giao dịch cũng khác nhau.
2. Các phương pháp viết nhật ký Forex
Không một khuôn khổ nào cho việc viết nhật ký giao dịch forex, thông thường các trader sẽ thử nhiều cách tiếp cận khác nhau và lựa chọn ra phương pháp được cho là hiệu quả nhất.
Bạn có thể viết ra những suy nghĩ, kế hoạch của mình thông qua file Word, Excel, chụp ảnh màn hình hoặc thậm chí là viết ra cuốn sổ tay thông thường…
Ngoài ra bạn có thể tận dụng blog cá nhân hoặc diễn đàn trực tuyến, để update nhật ký giao dịch hằng ngày của mình. Như vậy các trader khác có thể xem được bài viết và những phân tích của bạn để có thể góp ý giúp bạn hoàn thiện hơn.
3.1 Thời gian giao dịch
Ghi chép thời gian giao dịch vào nhật ký giao dịch giúp bạn tổng hợp được những lợi nhuận và rủi ro trong các khung thời gian mà bạn thực hiện giao dịch, nhờ đó bạn có thể rút kinh nghiệm nhằm chọn được khung thời gian cụ thể để giao dịch với những cặp tiền phù hợp ở khung thời gian đó (Chẳng hạn, ở phiên Á thông thường các cặp tiền tệ của phiên Âu – Mỹ như GBPUSD, USDCAD…thường sideway, giao dịch những cặp tiền này ở phiên Á thường không hiệu quả, và cũng đem lại nhiều rủi ro. Giao dịch các cặp tiền đúng phiên của nó thường đem lại lợi nhuận tốt hơn…)
3.2 Lý do vào lệnh (entry)
Vào lệnh phải biết lý do vào lệnh. Không biết lý do mà entry thì chẳng khác đánh bạc cả. Nhật ký giao dịch Forex là dành cho người có kiến thức, có hiểu biết về thị trường Forex. Vì vậy nếu bạn không biết lý do vào lệnh, điều cần làm là bạn nên bổ sung ngay kiến thức.
Việc ghi chép lý do vào lệnh khá đơn giản. Bạn dùng phương pháp (hệ thống) giao dịch nào, bạn sẽ biết lý do vào lệnh (Ví dụ: Vào lệnh theo phương pháp Break out, vào lệnh theo Bollinger Band, vào lệnh theo Ichimoku Cloud…)
3.3 Kết quả (loss – win)
Mỗi giao dịch được thực hiện và hoàn tất (mở lệnh – đóng lệnh) sẽ đem lại cho bạn một khoản lợi nhuận hoặc thua lỗ. Việc ghi chép lại kết quả thua lỗ – lợi nhuận giúp bạn tổng kết được quá trình giao dịch của mình có hiệu quả hay không. Điều này giúp bạn có cái nhìn rõ ràng hơn về phương pháp giao dịch của mình. Nếu tổng kết các lệnh là lãi thì phương pháp của bạn có hiệu quả. Nếu là ngược lại, bạn cần dựa vào các ghi chép trong nhật ký giao dịch Forex để điều chỉnh lại phương pháp của mình.

被害者Yさんは、マッチングアプリで、台湾の女性と知り合って，彼女に誘われて為替投資を開始しました。MT４という取引システムでビットコインを使ってBMI Marketsに50万円入金しました。一度5万円の出金はできましたが、その後サポートセンターから返事が途切れになっています。女性にも連絡を取れなくなりました。いまは口座が動いています。出金依頼は毎日送っていますが、一向に返答がなく出金できない状態が続いています。
BMI MarketsはWikiFXが以前から収録してあるノンライセンスの企業です。もちろん日本の金融庁にも登録していません。運用正体が不明な点が多くて、一番怪しいところは、この会社の取引システムＭＴ４のサーバーはアメリカにあって、サーバー名義はAGranceGroupです。

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ENTER A FOREX TRADE？
The best time to enter a forex trade depends on the strategy and style of trading. There are several different approaches and the three discussed below are popular approaches and are not meant to be all of the methods available. Trendlines are fundamental tools used by technical analysts to identify support and resistance levels. In the example below, the price shows a clear higher high and higher low movement indicating a prominent uptrend. This enables to determine a trading bias of buying at support and taking profit at resistance (see chart below). Once price breaks these key levels of support and resistance, traders should then be aware of a potential breakout or reversal in trend.
Candlestick patterns are powerful tools used by traders to look for entry points and signals for forex. Patterns such as the engulfing and the shooting star are frequently used by experienced traders. In the example below, the hammer candlestick pattern can be seen as a reversal trigger entry point on EUR/USD.
Identifying the hammer or any other candlestick pattern does not confirm an entry point into the trade. Entry points are just as important as identifying the candlestick pattern. Entry points further validate the candlestick pattern therefore, risking less and giving traders a higher probability of success.
As you can see on the chart, the hammer formation is circled in blue. It is known that the hammer signals potential reversals however, without some form of confirmation the pattern may indicate a false signal. In this case, the entry has been identified after a confirmation close higher than the close of the hammer candle. This gives a stronger upward bias to the trader and endorsement of the hammer candlestick pattern.
Traders often look for multiple signs of trade validation such as indicators in conjunction with candlestick patterns, price action and news but for the purpose of this article we have isolated different strategies into their component parts for simplicity.
Using breakouts as entry signals is one of the most utilised trade entry tools by traders. Breakout trading involves identifying key levels and using these as markers to enter trades. Price actionexpertise is key to successfully using breakout strategies. The basis of breakout trading comprises forex prices moving beyond a demarcated level of support or resistance.
Due to the simplicity of this strategy, breakout entry points are suitable for novice traders. The example below shows a key level of support (red), after which a breakout occurs along with increased volume which further supports the move to the downside. Entry is prompted by a simple break of support. In other cases, traders look for a confirmation candle close outside of the delineated key level.

散戶抱團股始於今年1月底，當時韭菜們對華爾街做空機構實在看不下去，以WSB（華爾街賭徒）為名的一場反做空運 動就此走向革命實踐。包括上面提到的幾家被做空的公司股價，都在短短幾周內實現了指數級增長。
時隔兩個月，奇跡再次上演，兩次爆拉背後有何異同？
之前在《偉大的韭菜？》一文中說過，散戶抱團股的出現，背後的玩家只有一個：幣圈。策源地就是幣圈輿論大本營Reddit。
先來看一月底的一波爆拉。當時是美國新舊總統剛剛完成交接，美股也差不多經歷了一年的超級大牛市。更關鍵的是，比特幣從去年底到1月中旬，在不到一個月的時間就突破了4萬美元的歷史新高。
也就是說，散戶們不僅從股市裡賺到了錢，也從幣市里賺到了錢。這個時候，Reddit上最大的散戶聚集地WallStreetBets終於有了充足的彈藥反戈做空機構，一場史詩級的逼空大戰就此拉開大幕。
至此，美股除了成長股和價值股，又多了一個新物種：抱團股（以前幾乎等於垃圾股）。不管公司基本面如何、有沒有成長空間，抱團股成了連結股市與幣圈最好的橋樑。
其實抱團股出現在一個非常微妙的時刻。美國總統換屆之後，市場對美股的走勢開始出現更多不確定性的聲音，一方面是因為通脹壓力，一方面是美債利率的反彈。
但無論是美聯儲還是拜登政府，都不願意看到股市崩 盤，所以美元開始繼續天量放水。納指和道指在經歷了短暫的回檔之後，繼續走高。
與此同時，以比特幣為代表的各類加密貨幣的價格開始猛漲，其中比特幣一度突破6萬美元歷史新高，距離它4萬美元的歷史新高僅僅過去一個多月。
從去年的特朗普到今年的拜登，救經濟的相同路數都是美元大放水。每次放水，最大的洩洪池主要是兩個，一個是美股，另一個就是海外市場。進來多少美元，當地政府就要釋放等量規模的本國貨幣。
上一次美元大放水是2008年金融危機，當時由於中國4萬億人民幣的出台，很大程度上稀釋了美元溢出的洪水滔天。
但這次不一樣，由於很好地控制住了疫情，中國不僅沒有出台大規模的經濟刺 激計劃，最近一段時間以來人民幣甚至還出現了升值的趨勢。美國當然很緊張：美國之外最大的水庫關閘了，水該往哪裡放？
2008年中本聰剛剛發佈白皮 書，比特幣還沒誕生。但如今不同了，加密貨幣成了美股之外最大的蓄水池。
正是從去年美元大放水開始，比特幣一年漲了10倍，而包括比特別在內的所有加密貨幣的總市值，前段時間已經達到2.3萬億美元，超過蘋果公司的市值。因為加密貨幣的存在，吸納了這一輪美元週期的相當一部分超發貨幣，甚至要高於2008年中國4萬億的救 市規模。
換句話說，幣圈陰差陽錯地成了美元的救火隊長。
但無論是華盛頓，還是華爾街，對加密貨幣一向心情複雜。美元的霸權基地在華爾街，而幣圈天生就瞧不起華爾街；瞧不起華爾街就是瞧不起美元；瞧不起美元就是瞧不起華盛頓。
問題是，現在超發美元不僅依賴美股，還要依賴幣圈。如果說如今的美股是由於美元超發埋下的一顆地雷，加密貨幣就是另一個地雷。
現在，這兩顆地雷被一根引線纏在了一起。這就是抱團股。
本周抱團股的新一輪 暴漲，恰恰是在以比特幣為首的加密貨幣暴跌之後。比特幣價格從4月中旬的6萬美元，一路跌倒5月底的3萬出頭，幾乎腰斬。而抱團股的這一輪增長曲線，也正是從5月底開始的。
山不轉水轉，由幣市切換到股市。就像幣圈成了美元的蓄水池一樣，股市裡的抱團股經過幾個月的打磨之後，已經成了幣圈人士的避風港。
沒錯，抱團股的大部分投資人是散戶，這些散戶大多來自Reddit，或者受WSB運 動的影響，比如AMC院線的流通股裡80%是散戶。
但是，一個簡單的問題，散戶可以決定一檔股票的走勢，很難左右一批股票的走勢。目前美股裡抱團股的數量不下十隻，難道都是憑散戶一己之力托起來的？
顯然不是。任何“革命運 動”，幕後都有終極Boss的身影。抱團股和散戶的背後，是華爾街真正的大Boss。它們叫做貝萊德（BlackRock）和先鋒領航集團（Vanguard Group），這兩家公司是華爾街最大（當然也是全世界最大的）機構投資者之二。

โดยสำนักข่าว Bloomberg ก็ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความพัฒนาทางด้านความสำพันธ์ทางราคาของสินทรัพย์ทั้งสองที่เพิ่มสูงมากขึ้นนับตั้งแต่ปี 2019 เป็นต้นมาอย่างไม่สามารถปฏิเสธได้ ทางด้าน ผศ.ดร.ยอดเยี่ยม ทิพย์สุวรรณ์ หัวหน้าห้องปฎิบัติการวิจัยการเงินเชิงคำนวณ ภาควิชาวิศกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ได้ให้ข้อมูลว่า “ถ้ามองในแง่ของสถิติค่าสหสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างทองคำกับบิทคอยน์ ค่อนข้างจะไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน คือ มีค่าเป็นบวกค่อนข้างสูง เพียงแต่ว่าผลตอบแทนของบิทคอยน์จะสูงกว่าในช่วงที่ราคาได้ปรับเพิ่มขึ้น แต่ในช่วงหลัง ๆ ผลตอบแทนของทองคำจะเริ่มตกลง ซึ่งอาจเป็นผลจากปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ตามสภาพเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบัน”
“บิทคอยน์เป็นสินทรัพย์ในการลงทุนอีกรูปแบบหนึ่ง แต่มีความผันผวนของราคาค่อนข้างสูง จึงทำให้มีความเสี่ยงสูง มีคนได้รับประโยชน์จากการลงทุนในบิทคอยน์ไปเป็นจำนวนมาก ในทางกลับกันก็มีคนขาดทุนจำนวนมากเช่นกัน เพราะฉะนั้นนักลงทุนจะต้องบริหารความเสี่ยงให้ดี ลงทุนในปริมาณที่ยอมรับได้หากเกิดการขาดทุน และควรกระจายการลงทุนไปยังสินทรัพย์อื่น ๆ ด้วย เพื่อชดเชยกันไป”
